Hello, and welcome back to SPS Summer Camp for another great year! Last year in 2022, SPS held its summer camp for the first time in three years; thank you, worldwide pandemic! As I embarked on my first summer as a Camp Director, I wanted our students to have every opportunity to be outside, learn new skills through our STEAM days, and ultimately have the most fun we could provide in a safe and adventurous environment. Our nine weeks were filled with crafts, group activities, games, pool days, field trips, and summer camp sing-alongs! 

This year, we hope to do the same with an even greater turnout of students who will help us have another summer worth talking about long into the school year! 

I have one intern returning for her second summer at SPS and one counselor returning as an intern this year! I am very excited to see what these ladies have planned for our campers and how they will help keep our children critically thinking through our weekly STEAM projects.

We have four other counselors returning for summer number two, and they are anxious to see their former campers return! We are also excited to welcome three new counselors this summer!

We hope to see you all in June!
