Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week (CSW) has been the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs all week, which in 2024 is January 28 – February 3.
From dress-down days and visits from authors and opportunities for parents/loved ones to participate in the fun.
More information is coming soon!
One of the events that has been a part of SPS Catholic School Week is inviting an author who aligns with our beliefs. This year's invited author is Jordan Sonnenblick. He has written 13 books that are geared toward children and young adults.
Jordan will share the tremendous positive impact the written word has made upon his life and how he owes everything he has to the love of books and reading. He will discuss tips and tricks for writing — but the larger message is about living a life of using one’s deepest gifts with a sense of kindness and social responsibility.
