If you're planning a vacation that must take place when school is in session, we're here to assist you through a smooth process. Please follow these steps:
Download the Request for Pre-Planned Trip Form: Download.
Complete the Form: Fill out the form with all necessary details.
Submit the Form: Submit the completed form to the principal, Mrs. Antoinette Oliverio, at [email protected] or send it via backpack mail.
Upon submission, the principal will review your Preplanned Trip Form, and you will receive a response via email. Approval by the principal will serve as the “absence note” for the missed days; there is no need to send in any further documentation for this time period.
While we understand the importance of family vacations, we kindly ask parents to plan them during the scheduled breaks from school whenever possible. Extending school breaks by leaving early or returning late is discouraged, and such absences are considered unexcused. Please also consider that the 3rd Trimester ends on the last day of school when planning vacations.
